I am on the 20mb O2 package and I used to get sync speeds of about 15mb but now for some reason the best I can get is 11.5mb when I login to the o2 site and check my package it says the max my line can have is 12mb info provided by BT??

Thing is it used to sync at 15mb, does anyone know anything I can do to get it back up again?

I'm using the standard o2 router at the minute but if there are any better routers with more configuration options that would improve my connection i'd be willing to upgrade if someone can recommend one.

Thanks
