Hi guys,

Is it possible to schedule a restart so the router reboots itself at a certain time? I've looked through the settings but can't seem to find any option.

Anyone?

Thanks:)

Well, it's not a good thing :p. Not losing sync, just random restarts. Common problem, sadly.

And gam3r, I don't think so. It's quite a limited router really. No static routes so couldn't set up a VPN either.

How is that a good thing? It's just losing sync isn't it?

Knowing the O2WBII (TG585v7) it is probably kernel warm restart, renowned for it, I had a 585v6 which did exactly the same.

The router is locked and will only flash with O2 or BE firmware, I am using the BE v8 firmware and I don't have any issues with the box now.

These routers are rubbish for long term use it appears that they was designed to be on for the day and turned off at night.

It's prob worth you looking at spending some £ on better one

I have an old stock P4 heatsink on mine, it did feel too warm when I first got it. Been stable for about a year now. So it could be a heat problem?
