O2 XDA Zest Help please!

Hi,

My girlfriend has got an O2 XDA Zest - and it's coming up with a low storage memory error.

Having spoken to O2, they told us that we need to change the memory allocation - so that it starts using the memory card for storage.

However, I can't find out how to do this.

Any ideas?

How much stuff has she got installed fella? Apps n stuff?

Changing the memory allocation will only write any new stuff to the memory card and therefore will not cure your problem.

Does she have things like photos & music stored on the phone memory rather than the memory card, if so move them to the memory card.

But what I would do is a factory reset, make sure anything she backs up anything she doesnt want to lose and put it to its original state and all should be good.

All of her photos and music are already on the memory card, there's literally the bare minimum on the phone, yet it's still saying that it only has 1-2MB available?
