I have a shared O365 email box that I access via Outlook. It receives around 100 emails a day, and they all get put in the archive at the end of the shift. I discovered yesterday that all the archive mail was deleted somehow, which obviously wasn't ideal! I've managed to recover it all, but was wondering if there was an auto delete setting on archive mail that I may be missing?
I've searched but can't see anything, so thought I would ask here as I don't want a repeat of this nightmare again.
