Oblivion: Elder Scrolls IV Texture Mod

If I recall there is a set of Mods that completely transforms the way the game looks, I had them before but can't remember where they were. I suppose the Oblivion fans know where they are

Qarl's Texture Pack? It doesn't really change the feel of the world, but it does map new, much higher res textures on everything. It looks really nice but you need a good system to play it on.

There is a texture mod which replaces he rather small sized with a much larger version
4096x4096 i think which can have a very big improvement in wide open areas
I'll see if i can hunt it down

This when combined with other visual mods then you uwith a much better looking game which is less scaled down them vanilla oblivion.
