A well known cosmetics store sells SD cards for cameras but does that really make them a competitor-or maybe it does? but that is my point? I mean I am greatful for any advice concerning this, but for me personally it does require more clarification. :)

getting side-tracked here 'cause all I wanted 2 know was where everybody else had got their copy of Oblivion from because mine had not been delivered yet. Very Sorry for hijacking the thread.

Whats hard to understand? any store that sells huge amounts of pc hardware is a competitor..

edit: i would remove any hint to a competitor aswell as its also forbiden

Well that was just it. The place I have since edited -in my opinion, did not sell huge amounts of pc hardware.It had aslo been mentioned time and time again along with other places and so I assumed it was ok. The question being then does 1 or 2 items-for sake of argument -make one a competitor?
