Oblivion mods

As I'm just about to start playing Oblivion again, I'm looking for some mods to improve things, such as LOD mods for the horizion etc. So I thought I'd be a good idea to start a thread where everyone can throw in what mods they're using and where to get them so that we can all try them out. I thought I'd stick this in a fresh thread so it doesn't get lost in the uber-Oblivion thread.
