am struggling to get money in oblivion is there a good way to get money to buy houses and horses ect

I was in the same position. I found that visiting those dreaded oblivion gates was a good way for money after lv3. Selling loot from those deadra's brought me upto 16k and Lv7 so far.

There are a few glitches that others have found which you can get pretty much all the money you want.

looting gets a fair bit of cash in
Go for the castles, wine cellars (just grab every bottle and sell the lot, you can carry a lot), and shops. You need to be in the Thieves guild to sell the loot though.
