i am stuck, i need to know where to buy a fortify magic, and damange magic spell for the vahtacen secret pls help is hard and no faq are any good

Is that the one where you have to fire 4 spells at a column which is then supposed to move?

EDIT: Yes it is, in that case the 4 spells that are needed are in a chest nearby.
