Hi guys just wondering if the 4870 x2 stock version's can be oced to 3800 on the memory and in the 850 mhz mark on the core?

AFAIK DVI outputs the exact same information as HDMI, but without audio, and also missing the "Below black information" as it's known, but unless you have robot eyes then you wouldn't be able to tell jack diddley difference...
I have a Powercolor 4870X2 under water (XSPC FC block) which idles at 33c and loads at 45c. I actually find the performance to degrade if I overclock it!
As I am keen overclocker, I still cannot quite grasp why it runs slower when OCed...might be because I am running an Enermax 620W PSU and it struggles for juice at higher clocks? God knows!
My problem might be unique to my setup though!
