Hi,
I have an AMD X2 5000+ 2.6Ghz with an unlocked multiplier ( defaulted at 13x ) running under a Zalman CNPS9500 or something similar, on an MSI K9NGM2 (MS7252) board.
My CPU idles at 24-26 degrees, and reaches about 36 degrees on load.
Anyway, in my old board i was easily able to achieve a stable 3Ghz clock by upping the multiplier to 15x through bios. That easy...
My new board has no clocking options/voltage options etc whatsoever, and i've tried bios flash to the latest version.
Is the any way other than the bios that i can easily manouvre the multiplier setting ?
Cheers guys.
