Presumably, as the last thread was removed with no explanation this one will be too.
I have a thread in the CS section which is over a week old.
No response which is very unusual, have I done something wrong by purchasing from OC ?

They are having issues. This will be locked so I'd suggest that you either phone or email them directly or look elsewhere if you are unhappy.
 
If they are having issues then I have no issue with that.
The issue I have is that they cant tell me that themselves and just delete stuff with no explanation.
There is obviously someone watching and deleting, for what reason in this case is beyond me, why cant they tell me why ?

Because this is a public forum moderated by members of the public.

Therefore no shop talk on here unless it's advertising their own products.

This isn't a customer service forum. You need to go down the right channels.

Posting on here won't help your situation at all. They are overloaded and struggling. I don't know any more than that but there has been a ton of complaints over the past few weeks. So I would suggest if you need it urgently get it elsewhere otherwise you will have to be patient but bare in mind some customers have been waiting several weeks with no updates.

I have been charged what I paid for but not received it, hence my query.
 
Give them a phone call to discuss or try a webnote.

This is peak season and a lot of staff are on annual leave this time of year, it's very difficult industry wide.

If your post in the CS forum hasn't been replied to, post in it to bump it because it may have been missed.

Your query cannot be answered in here, there is nobody from the shop in GD who can deal with it.

I've looked and I can't see any evidence of a post being removed, the mods are the only people who can do that and there would be a trace.

I appreciate your frustration but posting in the main forums won't get you any kind of official response which is what you're after.
