thats a touch on the warm side wouldnt really want to go above 75c but if its stable for 24/7 use and temps not going above 60c gamming etc.. then in my book is ok

agreed. you might want to either reduce the volts on that ( assuming you've
upped them), or check the hsf is seating correct.
also what hsf you using? and have you got good case flow.
With that overclock 83 degrees C isn't bad for the stock cooler. In real-world usage your temps are unlikely to ever hit that high but it might still be an idea to swap the heatsink over at some point.
