just wondering if any one here has experience with sending faulty goods back

basically i bought one of the refurb tablets at the start of the year
within a few days it wouldn't charge i've sent it back and got an email back on the 17th informing me that the unit would be replaced

i am still waiting for the replacement

as these refurbs were sold with a limmited 30 day warrenty
will the replacment device come with 30days or will it still be on the original 30day from purchase

as i bought it on the 1st of january that would mean that if it is on the original 30 day it's quite possible that by the time i recieve the replacment unit the warrenty will have expired or have i got this wrong

i did post in cs on saturday afternoon enquiring about this but as yet have had no reply

My experience with OCUK RMA was a long, but good one.

Basically BOTH, yes BOTH of my GPU's died at the same time (Vram issues) and sent them both off to OCUK, after a few weeks, I asked about them and was informed they where with Gigabyte.

Fast forward a week later, Gigabyte have not got in touch with OCUK, and I got two new replacements GPU's, all sealed and stuff.

But yeah, you are best to post in CS, always a great response time in there.

I have RMA'd a few times and have had no issues. Infact once I was treated better than was stated in the rules. I was expecting a charge to have an RMA'd item returned to me after it was deemed "Fine".

OCUK treated me fine and will answer your questions promptly, they usually got back to me within a week.

Is the problem that the shift / caps lock key is broken? Or are you allergic to capitalisation :p?

OnT: Ring them?

I once RMA'd a full atx tower case and 2 360mm rads and was refunded the day my courier arrived at thier end, pretty swift service
