OC Tech Support Down?

Oddly enough, people tend to buy a lot of computers over Christmas, it makes sense then that a business like OC would be very busy.
Have you tried asking on the forums for help? A lot of the more frequent posters are very as knowledgeable and helpful.

How come there is no que? the other phone lines give you a que and usually i'd be 1st in line, but then they'd tell me to phone system support or they just tell me that its most likely faulty.
The issue im having has happened before, i just cannot do the same remedy this time.

sorry to hear about the problems you have been having.
we have implemented a queue system recently which should make it easier to get through.
we are at our busiest at the moment but customer support is priority number one.
