OC UK POSTING ONLY GOOD REVIEWS FOR PRODUCTS

Hi,

I just noticed, that OCUK is not even posting review that is bad.

I just posted 1 star Review for Gaming Chair, and it is not posted.

It is automatically removed.

Why ?

I have valid reasons for my review, and I can support it with videos and pictures.

A day later armrests starts to fall apart.

1 day later chair starts to make knocking/clicking sounds when I get up/sit down or when I lean forward and backwards.

Update on Armrest - it almost felt apart (screws are tightly screwed btw).

I just tried from different browser, same story. This is not a browser/cookies/cache issue.
They are literally posting only good stuff.
Isn't that illegal ? They provided facility where users can give 1-5 starts for product, and they accept only 4-5 star reviews. Sounds like a scam portal.

Just to let you know guys, the chair I ordered started to fall apart after 2 days. We are talking about Noblechairs.
I can send you the videos, each day a piece of chair starts to fall apart. Started with deformed backrest on arrival, now left armrest almost felt apart.
Yesterday chair started to make knocking/clicking sounds all the time.
I asked to return on Thursday as they are sending me replacement after replacement, as I am fed up of playing LEGO with brand new item for £400 quid, ridiculous.
So far they send me new backrest and amrests, but I have given up already.
I have zero faith in this product.
I have this chair since this Sunday lol.

It could be just a simple case of that OcUK checks bad reviews before publishing them.

+1 As would any company really they need to validate the authenticity before publishing bad things on their own platform, any online retailer has checks in place for negative reviews.

It looks like they self-host and manage the reviews so yes, it’ll go through an internal review process before publishing to ensure there’s no spam or bad language.

External reviews integrations like Trustpilot and Yotpo will publish immediately but they have teams of people and smarter tech checking things.

I actually came in here to defend as I posted a negative/honest review about a 3-pack of fans last year and it went onto the website at the time, took about a week to go live.

Went to link to it and it's gone! Interesting...

It wasn't to me.
Look at the pictures and videos I posted. If I would read that review, I would think twice before buying this chair.
They are not allowing anyone with bad experience to make other people aware.
For me, those are scammy tactics.
