Yeah I've just learned that lesson. I've now looked up more reviews on Reddit about Noblechairs, and there are many bad reviews about this chair. Should have looked before that.

Can't comment on the OCUK reviews. But the quality of that chair is terrible. I have a Noble that I've had for several years, bought second hand. The arms are terrible quality, but the rest of the chair is holidng up pretty well. I'd never buy another one though. There's way better out there for your money.

Ha, don't ever use Ali Express... A cat turd could get an average of 4.9 stars on there, the one negative review being a blurry picture of someone's nan.

I wish shops would just disabled the "review" sections unless they take it seriously and fairly.

Got a Noblechair Epic Black/Gold - only had it 6 months but pretty well built and so far not showing signs of wear, though the arm rests are a bit rattly - I'd have preferred them being fixed instead of the like 7 way adjustable which just results in them being a bit loose.

Based on my experience the arm rests are a mixture of user error putting it together and that they are subject to movement a bit due to the silly implementation of multiway adjustability.

OCUK didn't make the chair, they are just a reseller. If you have an issue with the product you choose and bought, then take it up with them. You can't give OCUK a bad review for a product they don't make. You can only judge on the support they give you with it.

Here’s an idea, contact OcUK about it rather than just post a bad review or complain on the forums. You might find you just got unlucky and it was a bad batch or whatever.
Also, all reviews have to be checked before they’re posted, so I’m not surprised it’s not live.
