OCUK Alliance Guild

people are starting to turn up now but we need way more, ideally at least 10 regular players so we can start doing 10 mans when we have leveled up.

we seriously need a healer or two, prefarably a priest or resto druid....ultimately, we need lots of more of lots ;)
 
rolled a human pala on moonglade tonight, got it to level8. not sure if prefer that or my druid though. which would you want, my level8 pala or level22 druid?
 
I have just rolled a Human Priest seeing as you needed a healer, never been a healer before but I can hopefully learn, named Hamas. Add me and hopefully someone will invite me to the guild/guild charter.
 
the druid please, since some of us are lvl 20 now and ready to do the first instance.

i think we should put a hold on any new paladins and warriors for the time being until we start getting some serious numbers, we have quite a few of them already.

Priests
Druids
Rogues
Hunters
Warlocks
 
Right put my druid in for server transfer. they say it could take several days to be processed but on the page about current trasnfers it estimates my wait time to be 1 hour...so we shall see.

character name will be Serenus unless it makes me change it. will contact Arconian when i get on.
 
guild is starting to lift off now, we have 10 members and did our first guild runs on instances last night.

we could certainly do with more of you ;)

We have a tabard and guild forum up and running (saving towards guild bank).

If you have never quite got into the game or have allways played Horde and wondered what Alliance was like then THIS IS the opportunity to do something about it.
 
I've got a lvl 52 druid that I might be interested in moving across but not all that sure what the difference is between my current realm (PVE) and an RP realm. Anyone explain without being condescending?
 
Roleplaying (RP), or Role Playing, in World of Warcraft means taking on the role of a character and acting it out in-game through emotes, /say, /yell, and sometimes other channels. Players may also participate in roleplay outside the game by posting on blogs, wikis, or forums (official or otherwise). Roleplaying has similarities to improvisational theater, with the participants acting out characters in unscripted situations. The character's personality, goals, morals, and quirks may resemble that of the player or be completely different. Regardless, roleplayers recognize a boundary between what is in character and what is out of character.
RP also refers to RP Realms. There are several RP Servers available to Warcraft roleplayers. RP servers are functionally the same as PvE Servers, with added social rules and stricter naming enforcement.
The same is true for RP-PvP Servers and PvP Servers. Both sets of rules apply. RP-PvP is commonly misunderstood to mean that the roleplaying part is optional. In fact, these servers were started in response to petitioning from roleplayers, who felt that the ability to engage in PvP added realism.

i havnt seen much roleplaying going on though tbh. although i did see 2 female night elves naked knelt down in front of each other in a house in eastvale logging camp. that was slightly...odd.
 
in a few months we will.

but the majority of guildies at the mo are only lvl 30-35 so it would be pointless you transferring at this time.

We are still in dire need of a healer or two, and some rouges/shamans. So far its been fantastic, great group of people who are also very good players. We are breezing through content :)
 
I'm really interested in this :D

How often are you guys playing? I'd love to play through MC & BWL again but my free time is now much less than it used to be! Are there any plans for this?
 
yes, we are looking to do as much content as memberships allow. :)

our guild has people on every day with regular instance runs organised.
