I made a few cuts but nothing major. Mainly high cost individuals who were not performing. The core team hasn't changed.

Any chance of a picture of the current warehouse? Never seen it.

A was the first shop
B was the second shop
C is roughly the shop now.
The new roof is because of a fire that happened a few years ago and I watched it from Pit Hill but forgot my camera.

We let go of about 30 staff last summer...if we hadn't we wudnt have survived over winter.....
