Ok so I now have a Monsoon bay res/pump combo

and of course had to spray it to match the front of the case or it just looks odd, so today I have already masked off, primed and began to spray the res...

FINALLY getting to the latter stages of spraying the case, hopefully the case will be finished and rebuilt over the weekend so I should have a few more pics of the finished case, then I can start to install the hardware ......

Well after a knightmare or 2 or 3 with the paintwork and some handy help from the fuzz we managed to salvage the situation, so the paint looks like this now

and btw after the knightmare we had the fuzz refuses to paint anything other than a small pc chassis

the main chassis is now back together!!
I have left space for the reservoir and for the aquero fan controller to be added
and added some white fan grills to the top of the case of which I will put up another pic soon, only the stripes down the front to be done but may leave it till last so that I can start installing this shiny new hardware

Right then I have managed to get one stripe done on the front of the case, it was a right royal pain to do all of the holes in the grill but it looks ok, think I may leave the second stripe until some of the hardware is fitted.......

Also now managed to get the motherboard and the power supply in....

I did try that but frog tape doesn't leave a crisp line, it suffers paint bleed really bad, glad I tried it on a spare panel first, yes it was tedious but its so gonna be worth it

Today is amazing, I need to say a massive thank you to Mayhems for providing me with 2 x 360 radiators for the cooling and also for providing me with not just 1 set of fluid but 2 sets. One is a custom colour match for my system in a pastel fluid and the other fluid is a show fluid matched to the same colour but with an added sparkle. Will post some pics of this fluid and temps when we get to that stage....

Also a massive thanks to 8pack for making this possible

Just purchased some cables and fans and my light strip so that I can crack on this weekend and hopefully make some headway on this, all products available from Ocuk....

eventually these extensions will make way for some plexon cables when the wallet is a bit heavier

Right after a short holiday I will be getting this finished really soon, btw I have a little surprise feature when its all finished!!!

Ok finally got this project finished its been finished for a few weeks now but I have been blasting doom an already massed 55 hours playing time hahaha
