OcUK being greedy?

I pay the "extra" for the piece of mind when dealing with expensive kit, never had any dramas with returns to OcUK due to kit falling over during the warranty period. My only complaint being..........why must you be +420 miles from my house

I know the other place was cheaper but felt it only fair paying a tiny bit extra for the place I frequent the most (forums). And the shipping brought the other place to almost the same price, so no loss and I didn't see the FTW on the other place. Good work OcUK and nice to pre-order and June 11th can't come quick enough now

I thought gibbo said they have the best stick pan Europe or globally. Therefore they should have a very good cost price...but of course they aren't forced to pass this on..

I've just checked pricing at OcUK, and a lot of the brands GTX 1080 cards are priced at £639.99, with a full of the lesser tier brands being at £619.99.


I have looked at a shop based slightly north of Manchester and they have priced every single GTX 1080 at £619.99 including the cards OcUK have priced at £639.99.

Why are OcUK so greedy? The assumption is shortages and limited stock as ever, but why try to rip off loyal customers?

if it was me i would pay the £20 difference and get it here, i have needed to use OcUK aftercare service and its far better than anywhere else i know of.

Oh and yes. no one else cares enough about Haribos

I use OCUK for reference on new products as they are huge & stock just about everything new in pc parts & I always shop around for the best deal & yes if OCUK are top for value I will shop with them & or any other reputable retailer. OCUK cant always be best for price on everything but they normally have promotions & discounts on key components its your call who you trust or want to part with your hard earned money I see no point moaning about pricing on any OCUK products.
