Poll: [OcUK] Clan?

We actually need someone who has experience in organsing a clan from the start and keeping it running. I for one have no clue on this, I just follow like a sheep 
Also we need to work out who will be in charge, what roles are needed and who can fill them. A TS server, are we buying one or borrowing someone's for the time being. For the serious side of things we will be needing a seperate website as we have to keep this seperate form the shop.

Yeh definately!
I'd be more than happy to take chrage of this, but I just don't have the time. I work weird shifts and I'm studying at the same time.
I be more than happy to help out whoever takes charge of this though. I've only been a member of a clan once but I have organized matches and tournys with other clans etc etc.
Probably need more help than that though, lol

We need one "clan leader" with a bunch of people doing different roles that the main guy is expected to do. Hell, its annoying and very hard work trying to sort everything out on your own. (I know D

Group of "admins"
Treasurer?
Website maintenance
server side maintenance.
Forum? (group of mods too)
then for whatever games we have, we need guys to be division leader type things, and then subs under that person. Sorting matches, updating website with match info etc etc etc.

Ok then how about this.
I can be one of say 3-5 organisers. I don't like the word leader or in charge.
I can certainly maintain discipline when needed and Never take crap.
Psypher5 can be used for experience.
Yewen could be used for friendly liason between us and OcUK.
Odviously these are just thoughts and all decisions will only be taken after a unanimous (sp?) vote.
And there is still room for say 2 more dudes to be voted by anyone reading.

Both very good ideas. How about the organisers are people who love 1 of the games, like Malc with BF2 and so on, that way we can get people who love their game looking after it? Good or bad idea?

tbh we should take this away to a new forum base.
If someone *yewen?* could set up a freebee forums with just generic names for now, move everyone whos really interested over there and continue further talks in a better layed out environment.

I think keeping it here until we raise the numbers we need would be better.
Gamers must take a lot of business to Oc with there higher than normal system requirements. I want the whole community here to be aware and interested in the Oc team.
We have experts in all fields on these boards and i want everyone to feel they can contribute.
Web experts, Clan experts, System tweakers all are welcome and all are needed to create a gaming clan/team as good as it should be.

Thats cheap but i think most people would prefer a ranked server, i know i would.
30player ranked no ts2 is 45 pm, probably cheapest your looking at tbh.
