Ok guys, if we are going to do this we can basically use the [OcUK] tag to show the group we are.
Would not have any kind of logo use, links or anything past a good will "We buy our hardware from "
www.overclockers.co.uk" on the clan site.
Trouble with us lot is we are mainly casual gamers. Organise groups in whatever game is popular at the time and then stick with it.
If anything was to be setup though it would need approval by someone with the authority to do it.
An OcUK gaming group is by the nature of these forums very hard to sustain, as the games are flavour of the month. If you can pull one together than great!
If anyone wants any help in setting one up my email is in trust as is my MSN.
Would be happy to help, but as I say anything before set in stone needs to be run by the shop. [OcUK] as a tag in games however is fine for identifying people, but using it to enter a clan into a tournament for money probably would not be on without consent.
Quite common sense, but if anyone wants a hand in setting this up I would be happy to help, there are lots of separate groups floating about so it would be more of a task of uniting them under one tag / identity than anything else.
Yhack you are not actually allowed to promote building another community as is stated on the OcUK FAQ. Everything has to be done on here really.
