Looks good i wouldnt know where to start with watercooling so it looks like an nice kit!

Might invest in one at somepoint.

Decent set up that. Isn't the RX360 an XSPC rad though?

Bit naughty that the GPU block isn't included in the advertised price.

It's just because we don't know what GPU the customer may have so we can't just assume and give someone a random GPU block.

Its a very good setup for i7 if you were to cool just the CPU. Ideal for fitting in the 800D;)

have OCUK done a review/temps analysis of this kit? or will they be doing one. I am looking to go into watercooling ^^

thanks

No review as of yet. It is a little difficult as we will never know what GPU block the customer will choose.

As for temps with the CPU and radiator, there are many reviews across xtreme systems forums and other review sites that can help you decide.

It also depends what setup you want to cool (i5/i7/AM3 etc). What kind of setup are you wanting to cool?

So, do you get the GPU block with the kit or not, for the kit price, as I carn't make it out, does the optional bit mean you have to pick which block you want ATI or NV?

edit, found it now on the shop site.

one question would this be enough cooling for ATI crossfire (assuming buying an extra block).

The base price £233.98 doesn't include a GPU block, you then select the block you want from the drop down list and it adds the price of the block to your total bundle price.

my system in sig, i7 930 (@4ghz+) and 5850... i will check out the xtreme systems too cheers

Why not inc a universal gpu block and some ram sinks?

I would ask if you've checked to see if 1 liter is enough for a twin block loop.
usually find with a large case a multi block loops it's just over 1 litre.
(thats with a PA120.3 so not sure if the RX 'holds' more or less)

4m of tube is excessive imho - 2 is usually more than enough
but if pre cut, I accept it limits you, so maybe 3x1m at a round £230

Agree that barbs are the better choice for kit buyers - one of the best kits I've seen, good work ocuk

I managed to build a twin block loop with a litre in a 800D thats also with a PA120.3, not much to spare though as you can see from the res, but then I seem to remember reading somewhere that you're not supposed to overfill the res.

I'd leave the tubing at 4m as you're always likely to experiment with different routing ideas or will need extra to correct mistakes. And tubing is relatively cheap anyway.

It's was likely me that said that about the res.
and it's specific to res's with the in/out both at the base (like you show above).
I fill mine - but have in/fill line at top and out at bottom

I do like the copper topped HF you have there - very nice :D
and your tube routeing is way better that most acheive - but a TJ07 with a rad in the base uses a lot of fluid

on second thoughts as you say 4x1 is probably a good call

nice. i'm not that clued up on watercooling. a package like this will make it a whole lot easier. no beer for a couple of weeks to save the pennies and i'll have to get one of these bad boys

I realise that, I just think that it's a little misleading. Maybe you should set the basic price to the lowest priced GPU block, or a universal one as SOS says? Then the other options will alter the price as necessary. It is advertised as a complete CPU and GPU bundle after all.

I like the idea of a review of the kit, with an i7@4ghz and overclocked 5870 in an 800D maybe?
