OcUK Computer Keeps Crashing

Yeah, I installed the 1303 BIOS update. I've updated all the settings you suggested, but it was still very unstable so I set used the settings but set the FSB=1267 and Mem.Clock=800.

When I set the FSB to 1333 for 3GHz my PC becomes really unstable and sometimes doesn't boot. Could it be because I'm not setting the Mem.Clock as well? Any ideas?

Thnx a lot for all your help. I really appreciate it.

Double check you set everything exactly because the guy on the other thread is going great guns with those settings :D

Also, check your CPU and HSF are seated and pasted correctly.

Just set FSB to 1333 and just as I was typing a reply it crashed. :( I've double cheked everything. CPU temps are at 40c idle. Any advice?

What CPU Voltage are you running? 1.525? If so, drop it to 1.5 or 1.475.

You are running unlinked FSB yes? Post a CPUz screenie if you can of your most stable overclock, including the CPUz memory page too :)

Your temps are fine BTW :D

Right. This is at 3GHz:

This is mine at same vcore:

Thats what makes me ask about correct fitting of HSF.

Try your RAM in the white slots instead of the blue mate.

Also try upping the SB Voltage to 1.60V.
