OcUK CSS game on tonight!

There's a game scheduled tonight for 8pm on the OcUK CSS server if anyone is interested. With all the new css gamers from the weekend £3.50 deal I thought it may be worth getting some ocuk guys into the server. It has 32 slots and a 75 tickrate. AWPS are limited to 1 per team and there is $16k cash each round. It also rotates between selected maps with a mapvote coming up each game.

Please note it starts on office and after either 20 mins or 15 rounds it changes map. It'll rarely go in that order as it asks the players what map they'd like next after about 15 mins or so.

If I bring back the AWP I think I'll limit it to 1 per team (instead of 2). The server (not ocuk) that I usually play on has them, you just have to work around them. If this server becomes more popular (is full more often, ie 32/32 players) then it'll probably work better having a couple of awps.

I'm better at scouting than awp personally. I'm not denying it takes some skill to use it, but being killed by it unless you have one yourself that ur using against them, it just kind of feels a bit "meh"

We'll see how the server goes as is. If people want me to make some changes then suggest and I'll think about it.

As for a game tonight, I think Lyon is planning on hosting a TF2 game, with both at the same time atm, it may cannabalise both games, meaning less people on each. (I personally wud pick css anyday, but not everyone will be the same).

-Quakesounds Enabled by default.

I am thinking about re-enabling the AWP, but limiting to 1 per team, what are other peoples thoughts on this?

A useful command btw to stop you having to download sounds from servers when you join is:
cl_downloadfilter "nosounds"
 
Having trouble getting the quake plugin to actually work, so I've removed it again for now. Also, AWPs are now enabled, but restricted to 1 per team.

Also, if you want an 100 tick server it limits the number of player slots you can have...
