I think it is great to see communication like this and certainly explains why your support phone number is constantly engaged at the moment. I have got to RMA a graphics card and would like to know whether it would be quicker to use the web RMA form. What sort of turnaround to get an RMA number do you currently expect?

it amazes me how a little shop in the imex in fenton can compete with all the big companies who have shops all over the country (i wont mention any)
