I will add that student accommodation in Sydney is notoriously difficult to find. Unfortunately.
 
^^ That's where the Residential College part comes in. On-campus accommodation, private tuition and an almost Oxford*-like devotion and pressure on the student, which of course you pay for, is the big deal. Apparently 400 intake each year and NZ <> AUS allows her to avoid being a 'foreign student'.

* or the other place, if you schooled there.
