I am speechless at the moment, seriously i am extremly happy that they even did what they did, by them i mean 5UB.

Long story short, i purchased in 3 steps, in total spend around £1450.

Accessories first + case

GPU

then main PC parts on the 5th of october (reason being work has been hectic and I had a week off work so i want to build my pc then)

Here lies the Over the top best customer service i have ever recieved hands down. I bought the Intel 3570k CPU, for full rrp at £185, friday morning (around 2 in the morning)

COme saturday and the CPU is reduced to £165. Iv had this happen before with blue shirt world and rubbishzon and didnt do nothing for me.

5UB (being the badman he is ;) ) refunded me the difference, I know what you thinking typical asian getting happy over £20, trust me (I am happy abit) but even more happy that they even did this, they didnt have to but they did ;).

SO from now on ill be shopping on here dont care if i can find it cheaper somewhere else, i rather pay the extra for the support, service, and haribos. xD
 
£20 worth could sicken ayone ;)

Have to agree with OP it speaks volumes when this happens. A good price is one thing but combined with great customer service, you can't beat it!

Lucy with the £20 they gave me i can buy enough haribo to last me the whole month......

and I have to also agree with you on that mate, just amazed on everything, the price, the service, the delivery, and just in general. Its been a pleasure shopping here
 
Wouldn't say that it was amazing service or anything - Any company will do this. By law you can just send it back and re-order it so there's nothing to gain.
Even [high street electronics store with a reputation for crappy service] refunded me £200 when a TV I bought dropped in price.

Amazing customer service would be if they contacted YOU to say that they were refunding you the difference because it dropped in price just after you ordered :p

Yeah got to agree with that comment.

If I buy something online and the price drops within the allowance of the distance selling regs, I'll ask for a refund of the difference. I've never had anybody refuse yet, as I'm sure they are well aware, you will just send it back.

OCUK are good for dealing with customer service though anyway.

As you may or may not know iv ordered a PCI sound card with my mobo (MSI z77 mpower mobo, asus xonar dg5.1 PCI sound card) now i got off the phone to luck and it seems someone already shipped a PCIE sound card with my order. Because there are no PCI slots on my mobo only PCIE

Im not sure if it is a misprint on thier system as he said, but i will look at the card when it comes in today!
 
So many threads... I think I need cut down the service I give! :p

Glad you are happy though, I aim to please! (When it comes to customer service ;))
