ocuk ex demo systems???

Hi looking for a new gaming pc and came across the ex demo systems, are these recomended as i can get a better spec that way or is it a gamble?? i could afford one with a 1080ti and a decent monitor formy budget or i could just buy a system and wait for the monitor

I will mostly be playing Sims. Iracing. Asseto p cars ECT the odd shooter I will be getting g 144hz 1080p monitor

if im only going to game at 1080p with 144hz do i really need a 1080?? im really liking the idea of that vr build

I think I'm going to go for this however the only thing that's stopping me is I might not like the vr

i think i am worried about sickness yes lol i also wonder is the cpu good enough? not had a pc for a while and so unsure on these specs
