This is rant really, I have experienced my FIRST ever problem with OCUK today
I have been ordering various bits and pieces for several years, and I have even used OCUK when they have more expensive than others due to there excellent service. But today my experience was different. I had ordered a Western Digital WDXE5000KSE and some blank media. I have been told that due to high volumes in orders, next day delivery will not be next day. I therefore begrudge paying £8+ for an inferior service. So what did I suggest? Well because I have always had such good service from OCUK I said I would come down to stoke and pick it up, not a problem!
Yes there is ,I can’t make orders over the phone, pay for them and then go and pick it up, WHY!!!! I don’t know. Anyway I have now gone and purchased same from someone else and is arriving 2moro
