My current set-up is an i5-2500k, 8GB Ram, Geforce GTX570. Getting a bit old now, must have had it for about 4 years without any upgrades.

Is it going to be worth upgrading to one of these cards? Or is the rest of my system going to throttle it too much?

Oh - and which of the two is the quieter card?
