OcUK H²Flo Kit Problem

Well I guess the cold radiator means I need to RMA it for sure.

Thanks guy. Hope I can get it sorted with a visit. Anyone know how long I will have to wait to get it replaced? I only bought it earlier today!

From OcUK? If you go to the shop they'll replace it straight away

I did get it from the shop, only reason I asked was because I know sometimes RMAing something usually involves having to wait days for it to be tested etc. but the fact is I can't really afford to be posting it back and forth and my only means of getting to the shop is a long bus ride and a fairly long walk.

I followed your advice stulid and the tapping didn't help. The tubes are actually quite firm but I didn't feel anything and despite the super high temperatures (90+) the tubing and radiator are really cold to the touch. I'm guessing the pump simply isn't pushing the water around, not fully sure what the noise it makes when I turn the system on is though as it does kind of sound like it's starting up. Maybe it just doesn't get going.

Nah, usually I suspect testing would take a few mins for an obvious problem like this.

I suggest you call OcUK beforehand, but chances are they'll stick it in one of their rigs, realise the pump isn't working and send you off with a new one :D

Hey guys,

Quick update. Went back to the store today with the kit and managed to get a refund on it - decided to use that as credit towards an Antec Kuhler 620. Got it all fitted now and it's running great!

Now the noisiest thing in my case is the damned hard drive!
