Spoke with Asus and EVGA face to face today and no custom cards will be shipping until the weekend from Far East due to GPU shipments getting delayed which effects all brands.

We've now sold over 700 Strix cards so Asus got their work cut out!

Ok my apologies our website is not reflecting what I learnt a few hours ago with some board partners. This is global not just uk.

Now onto trade conventions, you do realise if we did not go to foreign countries to meet new suppliers, networking, socialising as most of the best deals are made over beers all the amazing products on our website half of them would not exist and would not be available in uk.

This arising around is one of the most important expects of our business it allows us to bring our customers more products and better prices.

Plus yes of course it's great fun even though the hours are each day like 07:00-05:00, yes we get little sleep and work and party nearly 24/7 with tonnes to do and I am still here in a bar replying. Not one other company in the world does this.

So once again if you were offended by my haha which meant no offence then my apologies. Oh and if I was not in the Far East I'd have not learnt this shipment delay as quick.

I shall get our site changed to 17th By guys back in office ASAP. (PS OcUK staff please action ETA update).

Yes visited some other partners this morning, all confirming same delays June 17th is absolute earliest now and stock won't get better until July / August.

We are pushing like crazy to board partners who are pushing nvidia very hard. It's a global delay!

If I missed any cards just asked, but I think I covered them all, all manufacturers worked 24/7 over the weekend producing and shipping cards, so we hope by the end of this week a lot of backorders shall be cleared and cards in stock.

If I missed anything just ask guys, but because OcUK has more brands and SKU's listed than any competitor it is hard to keep up, the advantage however is were getting more than double the stock, even triple compared to our other big competitors. :)

Infact I do not have it confirmed but I believe OcUK is the no.1 reseller in whole of Europe for 1080, which is an achievement I am very proud off because UK TAM is a lot smaller than some of our European competitors. :)

You guys need to remember 10 years ago Gainward and Golden Sample were the no.1 cards on the market. Now they streamline the process by just having one cooler but I do believe they still binn the GPUs. So a GS and GLH tend to clock very well and they are always fairly priced. :)

Later this week, but realistically I expect deliveries in around two weeks on those. Inno3D have plenty of coolers, but not so many GPUs due to short shipments and late deliveries from NVIDIA on the GPU.

While not directly your problem, the debacle of production levels for this release, causing such volatility in the market with pricing, has me in no panic to get my 1070 anymore (I was very much looking to early adopt in the run up to release).

I've actually toyed with hanging off until August to see production ramp up and see if pricing gets a bit more realistic/ tangible.

Our pricing is pretty stable, it has being more to do with exchange rates causing movements because a small movement in rate effects the price quite a lot on such an expensive part.

Hopefully rate will settle soon for worse or better. :)
