My gut tells me it isn't gooner either. Leaving Shami and Kill on my original list.
However Forty reinstating his Gooner vote put him back on my list

Well it looks like it's coming down to gooner or k1ll and I think on balance that gooner is more likely, I think k1ll is just a town who shows some mafia signs (or they're both mafia, never know!).

You assume at least 2 of me, Shami and K1LL are scum then.
The two people I was most sure of were Pudney and K1LL and now they are going on opposite sides.

OK at least one town has voted Gooner I would guess the other 3 are mafia. No one has tried to change their vote so far.

It takes a little while, but despite the stakes, everyone is generally calm as they place their votes. It finally falls upon Gooner Leroy, he must have been acting the most suspiciously out of everybody, and he is quickly offed.
But as his life leaves him, an evil presence falls over the remaining group.
Gooner Leroy the Townie has been killed.
There is no need to hide it any further, so the three surviving mafia members all pull out their pistols, allowing the townies to get a glimpse of those who misled them from start to finish.
Egon the Townie has been killed.
K1LLSW1TCH the Townie has been killed.
