I am mate, and it's logged in as me. Unless i'm being dense I can see no option :S

Since a certain date new members have had different, more simple options as the old options gave the chance to alter settings that I didnt want altered, like the visual layout and image sizes. I am trying to work out how I can give the highlight option along with the other ones.
