Is it 9am weekdays?

Someone was there early today, I ordered a new hard drive at 8:30pm, got an email at 8:40am today saying it's been dispatched.

TFTI and all that but I do love OcUK's super fast service. Also with the free delivery it was the cheapest price available.

Thanks for the epic service again guys.

Nope they start at 8:30am most are there at 8 though.

Ah, not quite as dedicated as I thought then :p

Still pretty good though, imagine how many orders they get over night.

Myself and a collegue ordered HDD's at 3PM yesterday and they have yet to be shipped, very disappointed.

That's hardly the point, it should have been dispatched yesterday but still hasn't been now! Which means it's probably not coming till Friday if recent orders are anything to go by.

Tbh, 3pm is a cut off for most people not being able to deliver the next day. If you ordered then you were taking a risk of it not being here today.

It will probably be with you tomorrow.

If Overclockers were unable to dispatch items upon me ordering them for next day delivery, why would they offer next day delivery?

If you order so late in the afternoon do you really expect next day delivery? I mean...it can happen, but generally there is a cut off point in the afternoon where even if you order next day, it ain't going to happen.

At least, this is the case with most online ordering I have ever experienced.

So you think it's okay for a company to advertise something when they can't actually offer it?

I love OcUK, I'm not trying to say anything other than that. But if they can't offer next day delivery at 3PM, why offer it?

@ simulatorman - We have, thanks.
