OCUK Password changing.

I'm going round in circles here!
I've forgotten my password and want to re-set it but my CP is asking for the old password to be able to do this. The password I am using is stored in my browser memory and It just logs straight in when I visit. I have tried the FAQS but that says I will be taken to a field that I can use to re-set. It doesn't.
I have sent an email to 3 admin staff but have heard nothing.
All I want to do is to be able to log into the forums at work as well.
Any moderators here that can help?? Please???

if you're using firefox then go to options / security tab / saved passwords / show passwords

Most browsers have the ability to show saved passwords, what browser are you using?
