A Donald has already said, cant involve money if its organised on the forums.
Anyway, this gives new players who dont want to risk any money a chance to play too

All of the places I currently play at can (Poker.com, PartyPoker, King Solomons, Pacific Poker and World Poker Exchange) so I'd imagine so

It'll be big but a lot of the free rolls have at least 1,000 places, sometimes as much as 10,000 places!

Sunday nights would have to be latter, not so so good for me as I'm at church, and no money should be involved imo, gambling is bad

Hmmm there are too many people to please everyone. So if we get the program we want to use and split everyone into the groups of ten. Between 10 you should be able to come up with a reasonable time for everyone in your group.

Split into groups of 10 to organise their own table time sounds like a good idea though.

Sunday morning
Sunday Afternoon
Sunday night 6ish
Late sunday night 10ish
