HI there


Something very new here at OcUK, which is a price match service! We are offering this ONLY FOR NVIDIA GTX 900 SERIES. The terms are:-

Terms
  • Must be from a UK based competitor and IN STOCK
  • Must be in stock at competitor!!
  • We will only price match the price of the product, not beat it!
  • We will try to take delivery into consideration based on competitors next day shipping rates, not their FREE 2-5 day services.
  • Again we will only match competitors showing in stock
  • Can only be requested online, that means not in our shop or over the phone, you have to post here!
  • We are within our rights to decline any price match request.
  • We will only price match brand new items, not ex-demo, b-grade or auctioned stock.


How to get your price matched!
  • Post a link of the product you want to buy at competitor in this thread, if they are in stock and UK based we will match it by amending our online price.
  • If we cannot match it with our online price due to maybe political reasons we will ask you to post in the CS section "Please title the thread: NVIDIA 9xx SERIES PRICE MATCH REQUEST".
  • If we ask you to post in CS section please make sure your post includes the link to the competitor with stock that is UK based. We will then action this for you.
  • We can only act on this price match service during working hours, so if you make a request out of working hours please wait until the following day for us to action your request.


OcUK intends to maintain its number one position in the UK on graphics cards, we offer higher levels of service than any competitor and provide you more information than any competitor with reviews, benchmarks, guides etc. etc. Now were also willing to be the cheapest based on the above.


Any questions just ask! Keep all questions and posting of competitor links to this thread ONLY in latest news, deals and special offers or the CS section. Requesting the price match service anywhere else will not be actioned!

Post up which cards are cheaper elsewhere and we shall see what we can do.

On some cards where we match and we still have good margin in it we can also look at the shipping cost. We are flexible like that and go out of our way to help. :)

So still ask, after all the worse that can happen is we say no. :)

First of all I made it clear, IN STOCK, they have no stock!

However I have matched them even though we have stock and they do not. :)

Price updated, were now 1p more! £299.99 and we have stock! Plus 300 more arriving today/tomorrow!

We are destroying those guys when it comes to prices and stock generally. :D


P.S. When using price comparison sites, actually check the website that is selling the product to see if they really have stock, because a lot of our competitors are a bit naughty and they feed to the price comparison saying they have stock when in reality they do not and this is a perfect example of that. :)

Were not willing to match that one I am afraid, our price includes free shipping and no quibble over any pixel defects. :)

Were selling 100+ as a week so us moving the price would not be good as supply is still limited. :(

We've got some in B-Grade going cheap too, no idea why they are B-graded, guessing un-wanted as I do believe pixel defect ones go back to Asus for replacement.

I've seen 970 msi gaming from competitors with free next shipping for £sub 276, and pre order on g1 for sub £299. I couldn't even cancel my order this late in the night to order from elsewhere, whilst you are now most likely have taken the payment from my card. One of the main reasons I've ordered the g1 from here was because it was in stock and the price was reasonable despite the additional shipping costs. Please can you help me and let me know when I am likely to get my card and is there any way you can compensate for this undesirable circumstances? As thing stands, I am seriously considering cancelling this order and buying MSI GTX 970 Gaming from a competitor with free shipping.

I can only assume that last card in stock was grabbed by another customer as they do sell fast so most likely another customer placing an order at the same time who beat you to it.

When I arrive into work I can actually check, what is the name on the order? The good news is I do believe 300 more are due to arrive today. Meaning your order if they arrive on time will ship out today. No competitor still has stock of these. :)

I've checked the order history and unfortunately as you were placing your order three other customer also were as well, making you 3rd in the queue. Our website stock levels update every 5 minutes so when there is a rush on an item with low stock the website updater is a little slow at updating, which is an issue we are aware of and are trying to fix so stock levels update ever 60s and not every few minutes, it rarely gives us an issue accept in circumstances like this one hot selling products with only 1-2pc left in stock.

The good news is the large delivery is due today and if it gets here early enough your order and all the other orders will be shipped today. :)
