Update: Please help me track down somebody (well, more like a company) who I have won a court claim against but won't pay up. I want to execute a warrant (must be done manually as MoneyClaimOnline says only the local court can issue a warrant in this situation) but first I need to make sure this individual still resides at the address in question, so I don't waste money paying for bailiffs who will return empty handed.

Does anyone have the means to confirm the above? Basically if anyone can find out an up-to-date status who lives at that address today that's probably all I need. :)

Details:

Registered company director: Mr Ryan Curtis (born 1986)
Known affiliates (possibly aliases): Mr Craig Berry, Mr Paul Berry

Name of company: Port9 Ltd. (still active - closure possibly imminent)
Company aliases: UKEasily.co.uk, Hostingdepartment.net, RJCUK Hosting Limited(dissolved)

Ryan Curtis' last known address:
PORT9 Ltd
PORT9 House One
22 Woodside ST
Stalybridge, UK
SK15 3SB

(Court claim service resent to this address, judgement won by default. As far as I know he still lives here but this needs to be confirmed)

Company's registered address:
PORT9 LTD
11 MURRAY STREET, CAMDEN
LONDON
GREATER LONDON
NW1 9RE

(Court claim serve notice was initially sent to this address, was returned unserved, this address is now pretty much useless as it seems to be a kind of proxy address used by many companies)

Known phone contact: 01457 835 952 (line now dead)

** Additional Info **

The above phone number was definitely at 22 Woodside St.

I found another address:
HD Solutions
Office 29

Greenheys Business Centre
Pencroft Way
Manchester
M15 6JJ

After some searching I found that the only company that existed there was Able2fix Limited, which has been dissolved.

Their domain is: www.able2fix.com (now deleted and available again)

I suspect this domain was registered by the father of Ryan Curtis.

** Added more info to OP **

what did he sell you? or not?
Web hosting services, he owes me 6 months' subscription, a £50 data retrieval fee, and refunds for several months of non-received extra services such as dedicated IP for hosting etc.

i see, well good luck fella, hope someone gets hold of him and makes him payup

You need to make up your mind as to whether you are pursuing the limited company or the individual. Who was the CC Claim against?

If it was the limited company then service has to be effected at the Registered Office address, irrespective of what may be found there. The Courts sometimes serve by post but you should have personal service carried out by a process server if you plan further action.

The claim was against the limited company.

I already did that, hence this:
Company's registered address:
PORT9 LTD
11 MURRAY STREET, CAMDEN
LONDON
GREATER LONDON
NW1 9RE

You needn't be concerned with the courts at this stage. I have already won the case and I'm imminently about to proceed the enforcement of the court ruling via use of court bailiffs, however I want to confirm that this guy hasn't moved and preferrably I'd like to phone him and give him a final chance to pay up before I send the bailiffs round to take it off him.

I wouldn't warn him the baliffs are coming round, if he knows your coming and doesn't open the door, they can do nothing.

Come over to webhostchat.co.uk, it's a relatively small industry and there's bound to be someone who might be able to help you track him down.

There's also a big thread on webhostingtalk.com about HD/Port9 from about 6 months ago - people complaining etc. I think their servers got turned off by their supplier because they didn't pay the bill?

Good idea :)

Yeah I read that, there were a few threads, including another one about UKEasily which is the same company. The owners seem quite the dodgy sort

Cool, I just signed up and about to post :) Just did a search for Port9 and HD and got nothing.

All I can tell you is that the company (Port9 Ltd) never filed any accounts. The only addresses on their annual return are what you've given, and Ryan Curtis is the sole shareholder.

I'd just start a new thread asking if anyone knows the whereabouts of anyone associated with that company. It's possible that they are/were a customer of one of the companies on there...

Think this one may be beyond the google kings!
