were they supposed to send me an email or something with all the instructions?

i had
"Please view the RMA e-mail I have sent you for the details.

Regards,

Joseph Bailey
"

but did no get any other email apart that one

So are you saying you sent back your GPU with no RMA number written on the package at all and no sender details?

If so how would OCUK know who sent the Package back to them

Yes you would have been sent a RMA email with details on how to send the package back to them,

But you would have needed to get a RMA authorized first, did you do this?

Simply because when you send RMAs back to OCUK you clearly write your RMA number on the package on both sides.,OCUK will then have your RMA on record along with your name, address and the RMA description.

If no RMA number is on the package,if its poorly packaged, they will refuse delivery.

OCUK arent sending it back though muppet, they refused to accept it, so Royal Mail are sending it back, but if the package doesnt have his name/address on then they won't know where it's going. It will most likely go back to the nearest sorting office, but you can bet your bottom dollar it will get lost there

it's recorded so it's tagged with a number i can see where it is and ect, and they said if i call them on Monday they will be able to sort something out but sadly i do agree with you, royal mail can't be trusted

I don't think Royal Mail will do this, but it's worth a try. Generally when it gets to the main sorting office, the package will be opened to see if there is a senders address in there and if so it will be returned there. If your invoice is in the package for example it should find it's way back to you in 2-3 weeks.
