Ocuk returns / refund question?

hello all,

I purchased some ram on the 16th had next day delivery on the 17th fitted the ram on the 18th up till now.

I’m starting to think that the 8gb isn’t going to be enough and thinking I should have went for 16gb, am I able to return the ram for a refund to fund the 16gb It’s been opened used up till now.

I still have the original packaging.

Well you've used it. You can't return it as unused.

I don’t want to be deceitful, I use ocuk a fair bit, if I can’t return it I’ll just stick with it no biggy, just a feeling I should have spent a little more and got 16gb.

Ask in the customer service sub forum and I'm sure they will be able to run through the options with you. The few times I've had issues they have been very helpful

Unfortunately not, only two slots and I originally purchased x2 4gb
