OCUK Returns

Just wanted to ask about OCUK returns.

If I purchase something from OCUK, and it doesn't work, be that within 30 days, or within a year of warranty.

Does OCUK pay for collection? Or do you have to pay to ship it to them?

(Yes I know I could have done a webnote but this is quicker and it doesn't bother the OCUK staff)

When I returned a HDD I paid to sent it back, seem to remember hearing about others having OcUK cover the pick up though :/

Ideally just ring the shop, since you'll get a far quicker and accurate response from them.
