OCUK Rolling Road Day 6 - Can Fox avoid the ninja badgers of doom?

Anyway, is there a convoy for me to join? I can't be arsed to trawl through the thread.

I will be driving through Bristol way. Probably jump up the ring road from Keynsham through Longwell Green to get to the M4 rather than try to get to the M32 in the centre. Will be around 7:30ish at Longwell I imagine .

Ben,

Can you remember where you met me, Gemma, Andy and Chris before? At some pub wasn't it?

We'll probably be going through Bristol, as we'll be in Dorset the night before :)

About 7:30ish IIRC.

Bobbler, fancy travelling a bit further up the Ringroad and meeting us a the Willy Wicket too?

I'm not leading the way from the Willy Wicket BTW, I'm the worlds worst navigtor (ask Eidolon :o ).

This is true, the man could get lost in a paper with with illuminated signs.

Depending what the others from further down the M5 (ev0, fox) are doing, could meet you guys at that pub, doesnt look like it'll take long to get to from the M5
7:30am though....I'll have to leave at about 6am!

So have we, so if Bobbler decides to use both his Turbos, we're sorted

LOL, will be taking it "sort of" easy on the run up there mate. Probably just the occassional flurry of boost for overtaking purposes ;)
Besides I had a teggy before the S4 and know its not much fun on a motorway. You can either drive it flat out and enjoy, or sit at 70-80 in 5th and feel your teeth rattle. Dunno if the one Drexel has has a bit more sound deadening that the Type-R off hand.

With my amazing skills that get me lost anywhere I think I'll be meeting anyone at the services in Exeter then going straight there.

I hate driving round Bristol with a passion, getting in can be ok, but getting back out, on the M5 junction I want, is impossible! Even the sat nav got it worng on Monday night.

Still coming, but can you please change my car to Renault Clio 197 (maybe now I won't have the lowest BHP :p)

It does have more sound deadening than the Type-R, but it's still just as revvy on the motorway.

It's not uncomfortably noisy though, infact it's like a Rolls-Royce compared to the racket the RX7 made on the motorway.............
