OCUK Rolling Road Day 9

NEW Date - May 2nd 2009
Venue - Powerstation - see their site here
Arrival Time - 8:30-9am arrival for runners @ powerstation, First car on the rollers shortly after.
Plan - Lots of pro OCUK cars do power runs, we all go deaf, then drive to the pub for food. Expect to be finished at powerstation by 11-11:30 ish then a 30 minute drive to the pub.

Costs -

All runners need to pay £35 for a power run

ENSURE YOU BRING THE EXACT MONEY IN CASH (and not in pennies.)

My Requests -

I know everyone is out to have a good time, so please on arrival to powerstation, keep lunacy to a minium, leave it for the trip to the pub/pub car park please. No random wheelspins or handbrakes turns...*whistles*

Camera Men ! -

Looking for official photography again guys, and someone to film all the runs (AND NOT OVERWRITE THEM AND UPLOAD THEM WITHIN 3 MONTHS!!)
Fingers crossed we should get some good pics of the cars, as well as all the run videos. Other people are more than welcome to bring along cameras.

When I get there....

ONLY park inside the Powerstation carpark if you are doing a power run, this makes like much easier for me when trying to tick off who has arrived. Anyone who parks inside the compound area and who is not doing a power run will be asked to move the car outside of the fenced area

need a miniumum of 15 ! Max 20ish (if the max is reached, there will then be 5 reserves to allow for drop outs, first come first served !)

Before I forget, at the last RR, people had to sign permission slips with powerstation specifying that if any damage was caused it was at own risk, be prepared to do this again

We can do around 30 cars Phate, although I know you only want to have 20 and a few reserves, is that so it doesn't get too boring and you can get down the pub quicker.

James, no offense....and theres no real easy way to say this....people aren't really going to want to see a Punto on the rollers...unless it's something really special.

A few RR's ago it was done so anyone and anything could run, about 30odd people ran and to be fair towards the end when the proper powerful cars were running people were getting bored, tired and wornout and just wanted to go to the pub lol.

After all the running is done if you want to organise it with Powerstation your more than welcome to.

If theres a space come towards the day then sure, you can have it.
