sorry, should have put this in.

merlin managed to get it for 25 quid a go last time, but we needed like 15 people + running, ill have a word with him and get all the details as from what I can tell he's a busy man :)

hmmm, was gonna say let it be AT powerstation, that way we could compare to the last set of readings.... im a bit iffy about the readings tho, some seemed PERFECT (ala my car, dangerous's car) but some were a bit out... what can you do

riteo, a few replies so far, nice to see....

The problem I see is this...

people want a different rr because some cars gave odd readings, fair enough. However its finding a suitable location that doesnt do hub readings, and will give a compareable package to us with suitable pub facilities etc etc etc.

Personally, im biased saying cheltenham, so ill try and organise wherever anyone suggests as the majority. I cant see london being any better, if anythin its probably worse ? what id appreciate is a list of RR's people recommend (SO LONG AS ITS WHEELS AND NOT HUB READINGS ;) ) along with possibly someone who knows the area who can recommend a pub....

whats the verdict?

I'd be up for it - if this time we could do a little "formation" drive - nothing stupid, no dangerous manoeuvers etc... But it'd be nice to observe each other's cars etc... :)

build up an appetite for a good spot of lunch! :D

id love to do this, but lets be honest, I had to drive back into cheltenham to get a load of you guys because of cheltenhams, erm, interesting traffic setup .... the only way we could do it is id have to plan out a route, split into groups according to performance etc etc and to be honest, thats gonna cause a massive headache, I think the second convoys crawl up the hill followed by the sudden dash halfway up insighted slightly by daveski baiting me into booting it was quite good, but baring that, its gonna be difficult :(

You cant blame us for getting lost. No one told us where we were going! I had GPS so if you told me I could have added Guidance

just because you lacked the torque to pull up that hill quicker..... if you had the 2.0 tdci zetec s with a chip...... ;) :p :D

I know I don't have to run, afterall it would be a waste of time running a 1000cc engine on a RR (first car, doh). lol

mate, I ran my 1.8 TDCi Focus on it, I really dont think its gonna matter what car you run if you choose to run one, if I organise all this and end up with a free place for myself it'll just enforce I need to mod it  :D

if this happens as an overnighter, I warn you all, cheltenham can be an uh, interesting night out, if im out drinking it can be a 40-50 quid nite quite easily  theres not much night club wise thats good (there may be more per sq mile than london but its mostly crap) time is the best bet, but even thats carp but its gone massively anti burberry :D

Depending on dates and location. I might be interested in bringing my 182 up.
Dont expect it to perform that well tho, ill still be running it in.

EDIT: I know its no super car compared to some of the others around here, but id still be interested to see how far off it is from the supposed 182bhp.

looks like 2nd of oct at powerstation inc heltenham
