Yeah same

(it was for me) it was more the issue that proof of postage couldn't be given which I'm pretty sure was one of the rules even back then.

Some pretty **** stuff was going on back in 2011 and it might come across rude but I really couldn't be dealing with BS at that time.

Hoping this year will be better though
