Always have carry ons with delivery men as I live in an apartment so had it delivered to parents address and my sister commandeered the package, wrapped it and stuck it under a tree with all the other presents

Another twist. Turned out my brother found the card on the mat and put it in the drawer but forgot to tell me. He maintains there was definitely no knock though. Never mind, depot is open till 2pm tomorrow so I will be able to collect it in time for xmas day, so it seems everyone’s done.
