Ah well spotted! I'm rather tempted as it seems fun, but I'm a bit unknown on these pages and I don't actually know anybody either! I'm likely to get it very wrong!
Join! Nobody really knows anyone anyway, you just look through their post history for ideas or get something random.
Check through the previous year's threads for an idea of what happens.

Well they're more hints as to what I am intersted in rather than specific gift suggestions otherwise it would be a bit boring if my secret santa got something I specifically asked for!

The trouble is some get smart and cool pressies from generous members , and some get the skinflints, the logic is the skinflints trying it on as a gamble to grab the better ones obviously down to luck but still trying it on lol.
no i dont think thats the case,
the vast majority of players have been involved with this event for many years and go to great lengths to get something for their victim that they think they would like,
as long as the pressie they send in within the £10-£15 budget then thats fine, although some members do spend more than £15
i dont think we've had anyone send their victim <£10's worth of pressie since Shayper and his BS shenanigans,
the rules were stiffened since then because of him.. oh and he also went on to rip several people off in the MM lol

My first time back in 2015 but got too busy with uni last year. Back now this year.

ive been through the previous 8 years SS threads and set up the draw restrictions so no one will be buying for someone they have previously bought for,
its easy enough to do so its no bother if any more people sign up
